Is there any way i can incorporate MORE of the lateral head of the deltoid when doing dumbell presses? I know heavy compound movements are great for adding size, but there really isnt a compound movement that hits the lateral delts hard is there? Any way i can alter the overhead dumbell press to better hit the lateral head? Best exercise, im guessing, would have to be wide grip upright rows heavy right?
