Prednisone - Is it bad for muscle growth?

I tried Prednisone one time for my severe nasal allergies, but didn't work. It made me jittery and nervous. It didn't do anything for my allergies. Plus, it gave me a bad "drugged" feeling.

An interesting update...the prednisone seemed to have no effect on the poison, so yesterday, the doctor doupled the prednisone dosage AND gave me a shot of decadurabolin.

Now are you SURE it was decadurabolin? I'm guessing it was actually decadron. Another catabolic steroid.

I was on it for colitis, not fun. Joints hurt, no strength at all, my appetite didn't increase, my colitis didn't get better, all in all it was a great experience. I'm thinking about throwing it in my next cycle.

The predisone definitely has increased my apetite. I could hardly believe it when I looked at the scales sunday. I gained 10 pounds in exactly 7 days, I thought that was impossible! I'm guessing probably about 90% of it was water?

I've got about a week of this stuff left. It also feels like I get weak really quickly while working out. On the second/third sets, I can't do anywhere near the reps I did on the first.

Try to get another Deca from your MD. Tell him that you want to compensate for the muscle you have already lost on Prednisone.
Prednisone does cause water retention.
