I want to use a Isocaloric diet on my upcoming competition. I am already eating a clean diet of lean meats,complex carbohydrates, and EFA. I have a list below of the meats, fats and carbohydates I am eating. The only problem is I do not know when to eliminate certain foods. In additon, I would like to know the weeks that I should start getting rid of carbs. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
Meats: chicken breast, tuna, lean steak or hamburger meat
Carbohydrates: brown rice, baked potatoes, oatmeal
fats: Flax oil, natural peanut butter
