Ok, so the summer holidays are nearing and looking to get in the best shape possible for july time.
Im wanting to bulk up just a that little more whilst also cutting. I was told to take course of sust/decca now, then closer to the season, do a cycle of test e and winny to shred. What do you think? Advise on cycles would be great.

training- 4 times a week
