This is just a taste... I only posted this here because i was reminded how ppl here think i am clueless,dum ect..So once again i produce! This wont be a long thread as most arent. Because i am puting up and ppl will be shuting up! They want to talk the talk and i walk the walk! Been about 7 months since i started back lifting from injury i am 30 pounds up now.Not bad for middle aged man that dont go to the gym, have fancy machines and only worksout 30min to a hour.
Proof is in the pudding! I'll post a full set come christmas if i am still around here...This place is just alot of chit chat and not much being shown besides who knows more then who here..I am gunning for needlesize there a member
to look up too...Another year and i might make it! This is 17 or 18 pounds more from my last pictures i posted! No pump on this one saving it for christmas ones..Just natural slabs of soild muscle....
