pre-employment drug test tomorrow

i've been preparing for 11 days. i never smoke pot! i was on vacation and i smoked on 1/6 and 1/8. i have a drug test tomorrow 1/21 for work. i ran 46 miles since 1/8. i'm about 175 right now. (sounds weak right) my bodyfat has to be low like 7% i got my full blown 6 pack. anyway... i'm planning on diluteing the sample by drinking extra water.

what would be the max amount of water i could drink within 24 hours of the test not to dilute the creatinine to less than 20ng/ml?

thats what i'm worried about is giving a bad sample

if they say they can't use the sample b/c you drank too much water, they give it to you again at a later date. this would allow more time for the drug to clear your system. either way i would not worry, you only smoked twice, along with the added cardio, and from the looks of it you have a high metabolism. this will all help the drug clear sooner than someone heavier or with more fat.

I believe they put creatine in those products that help you beat the test. I would just keep loading up on creatine, which would make you piss non-stop and drinking tons of water.

If you smoked pot only two wks before the test don't be surprised if it shows up. Detectable amounts can show up 2 months after last use, sometimes longer.

go to gnc and get the 2 hour quick tabs..swallow them with some water and you will be set..i used them for 2 years with never a problem..good luck

i might be able to push it off until weds.... i have to call up and get the site to test based on my zip code. once i get that i have to take the test within 24 hours. the girl from HR is going to make sure i call in the morning....because she is calling me with my id # in the morning. so i think i can do it weds morning if i want to. but i might be better off on tuesday (tomorrow) afternoon. this way i can urinate plenty before i go in.

Piss Test, 99% they will not test for AS - if thats your concern

Or you said you don't smoke pot, but then say you smoked up on 2 different dates. Which is it? Or what is it?

get the liquid detox drink. it tastes absolutely terrible but it works 100% of the time even if you smoke like 8 times a day.

If you are doing a standard NIDA 5 drug test (typical preemployment) then you may or may not pass it...but there would be NO reason wot worry about your creatinine levels from a typical urinalysis...(I used to test guys for a large company a few years ago)

My guess is that with the small amount you ingested coupled with your metabolism, and fat storehouse (ectomorphic body type), combined with intense carido, and lots of water...I would put money on it that you pass...
But realistically time is your friend here...and the more time you take the better your chances are...
The tester won't care that you have drank a gallon of water before your urinalysis (in fact it was always preferred by me when I was testing individuals...)

i would put money on it that you pass with only smoking 2x and your fast metabolism + the hella cardio you did... if you are still worried though drink TONS of water and to offset the dilution take a lot of b-complex vitamins (color) and load up on creatine (they check creatinine levels) as they check color and creatinine levels as a measure of detecting an atempt to dilute your sample.

all those $50 "flush" kits that you get at the store are just that, vitamins and creatine (which you can get very cheap), and the instructions tell you to drink an assload of water.

if i were you i wouldn't be worried

the girl on the phone said.... "remember to drink penty of fluids prior to the test because we need to collect a urine sample..... for me a 2.5 gallon jug pf spring water = "plenty of liquids"

i'm going to drink all 2.5 gallons starting at 5am. about 2 liters per hour up until the test. i plan on going at about 10:45am and testing at 11am.

I wouldnt worry too much about it, I did the same thing and I had a surprise test the week after I smoked. The test came up negative, but my urine was pretty much clear with all the water I had been drinking, they didnt say jack about it being diluted. That was in my case anyway. good luck

dont dilute the sample. if it comes back diluted they assume you have something to hide. You will be fine, it has been 2 weeks and you didn't smoke much so dont worry

I took the test today.....

last night i started drinking water to dilute my urine. i drank 3 gallons from 9pm last night until 9am this morning

i took my b-vitamins and my piss was "vitamin yellow"

the lady looked at it and accepted the sample.

for breakfast i had 2 cups of 100% bran cereal at 6am and another 2 cups at 8am. i had 1 cup of soy milk with eat bowl.

i am supposed to start work on monday.... so i'll know i passed the drug test if they let me start work

Interesting. You know goldenseal is legal, though. If you were found positive for goldenseal, then what could they possibly do to you?

Also, high doses of Niacin can help.

Or you can also try: not smoking weed, not taking drug tests.

I don't smoke weed or take drug tests, so I don't fail them . I've passed up very well paid jobs because of my policy. Personally, if the employer wants to invade my privacy from the start, there's no way I can respect that.
