Pre Contest Cycle Help, urgent!

I just take my carbs after my workouts rest of the day i am all about no carb! Energy level stays up feels great always am motivated! Hopefully tren dont screw up my mood or drive i currently have! I did a lil research on bromo and found half tab eod on the day i take tren would do the job. What do you guys think. And one more question is there any point in doing cardio empty stomach or can i do after my first meal?

Tough to say but I'd do fasted cardio 3x per week. Keep in mind, tren NEEDS some carbs. Also, those non-fasted days need carbs 1st thing in a.m. Also, you do need to do at least one refeed per week. Otherwise your body will sabotage its own metabolism and possibly endocrine system.

I'm not sure on the broom dosage, but as for cardio do whatever is convenient for you. I prefer fasted cardio, but if you want to do it after your first meal that is fine

Thanks for the quick replies and help, i really appreciate it! Its great to be under the wings of someone who knows so I dont end up making mistakes and f**king my body up. Anyhow i will give a reefed of about 150-200 g carbs every 3 days. Is it enough? Other then those days I will keep my carbs below 50g!

Any specific reason of fasted cardio, cuz if there is a tiny bit of advantage over non fasted cardio, i sure would opt for fasted cardio. The time I have left, i need to be at my A game. So no holds barred ready for the toughest training! Secondly how does my training looks like it consist of each body part twice a week and every exercise consist of several warm up sets (3-4 maybe 5 on legs) followed by extremely heavy ( makes me almost puke kinda heavy ) set. Is it too much training or I am all set?

I typically agree with you regarding autonomously electing to do fasted or non to create a caloric deficit. At 17% with 84 days til comp? I think neglecting fasted cardio is not an option.

Yea brother time is short I am gona stick with fasted cardio then and also add in 20-30 min post workout cardio after my pwo meal, that should be hit as well or just normal passed walk or biking would do the job at that time?

55-60% of max heart rate

I agree for the most part. What I meant was doing cardio After a meal is better than not doing any at all
