I just take my carbs after my workouts rest of the day i am all about no carb! Energy level stays up feels great always am motivated! Hopefully tren dont screw up my mood or drive i currently have! I did a lil research on bromo and found half tab eod on the day i take tren would do the job. What do you guys think. And one more question is there any point in doing cardio empty stomach or can i do after my first meal?
Tough to say but I'd do fasted cardio 3x per week. Keep in mind, tren NEEDS some carbs. Also, those non-fasted days need carbs 1st thing in a.m. Also, you do need to do at least one refeed per week. Otherwise your body will sabotage its own metabolism and possibly endocrine system.
