Pre Contest Cycle Help, urgent!

Your diet looks pretty standard. Just have to monitor your progress as things progress and change things if needed. Then when you get closer to contest, 2 weeks out or so, I'd really limit the card intake. Then you can carb load before hand and come in looking huge.

Thank you brother, cant thank you enough. Gona follow the exact cycle you recommended, plus i am thinking to just completely skip bromo or do i really need it, plus ai i got is aromasin what, i take it every 3 days. Seems good?

You will have to find what works best for you, and critique it as you go. Maybe bump a dosage, or drop one, or add something in. It is all going to depend on you.

I would take the aromasin starting eod, and then start taking it ed about 2 weeks out. Will help you dry out more.

All set bro, just one more quick question what if i completely skip out tren because i have beard a lot of stuff about it both being extremes some feel amazing while others tell it like if it is some kinda poison or something, if its relatively safe I will go for it otherwise i can stick with primo, mast, anavar and test. What do you think? Plus i got clen laying around should i give it a try or not? Hope i am not bugging you too much!
 
Well.. Tren is great for cutting and contest prep. You can try it out, and if it is too much for you, just stop using it. Without the Tren, you have a good base with what you are using. Again, just really up to you. I've used clen too kick start fat loss, at the beginning, but let my diet and training dictate that for the most part.
 
Make sure you do research with Dylan's albuterol articles 1st man. They are on point and informational. GW would be a nice addition. Run your tren high and keep your calories at 100-150 but give yourself a refeed/3-350 calorie day 1 or 2x per week. Halo might be an option on the tail end.
 
I am not sure about bromo dosing..

1-4 Test Prop 100mg/eod
1-4 Mast Prop 150mg/eod
1-4 Primo 500mg/week

5-9 Test Prop 100mg/eod
5-9 Mast Prop 150mg/eod
5-9 Primo 500mg/week
5-9 Tren Ace 50mg/eod
5-9 Anavar 60mg/day

10-12 Test Prop 50mg/day
10-12 Primo 500mg/week
10-12 Tren Ace 50mg/day
10-12 Mast Prop 100mg/day
10-12 Anavar 80mg/day

Something along those lines.

Yea i am following this :) the only thing i couldn't find an appropriate answer to is bromo dosage! Can you help with it?

I just take my carbs after my workouts rest of the day i am all about no carb! Energy level stays up feels great always am motivated! Hopefully tren dont screw up my mood or drive i currently have! I did a lil research on bromo and found half tab eod on the day i take tren would do the job. What do you guys think. And one more question is there any point in doing cardio empty stomach or can i do after my first meal?
