Recent Cycles: test only 750 mg a week a year ago.
Bf%: 17%
Mr. (country) don't want to disclose the country but believe me people here don't know shit about cycling and none even does a pct so I have a big chance of winning ( if i do my higher studies would be totally free so means a lot to me) . Last winner weighed around 160 pounds anyhow here is my pre contest cycle tell me if it looks good to you: someone being 180-190 ripped here would be a show stopper believe me lol anyhow here you go:
Tren Ace: 50mg eod
Test prop: 100eod
Primo: 500 a week
Anavar: 50mg a day.
I got bromo on hand but dont know the exact dosage to use! Caber and prami are impossible for me to get!
Diet:
250 gram protein
60 carbs
40 fat
After ever 3 days i up the carb to 150 for a day and then drop it back down. ( don't know the ideology behind it but it seems to work, just thought of it on top of my head )
Cardio:
Every morning 30 min with 1 min really fast sprints for 5 sets included in those 30 mins.
I got a contest in exactly 12 weeks from now, got my diet covered , doing my hit cardio and all! I just wanted to make sure if my cycle is good enough and what things i need to add in, in order to make sure I get least side effects, if none! I would be really grateful if someone could help!
