OK, going to start a Clen cycle next week. Read every thread on this board, especially FAQ from BidAndy. Going to load taurine this week (5G) and then follow the following cycle:
Day1: 20mcg
Day2: 40mcg
Day3: 60mcg
Day4: 80mcg
Day5: 80mcg(Note: Increase the dose only when the side effects are tolerable)
Day6-Day12: 100mcg
Day13: 80 mcg (Tapering is not necessary, but it helps some users get back to normal gradually)
Day14: 60 mcgs
Day15: off
Day16: off
A couple of last minute questions:
When is the best time to take taurine? Before bed, morning? Split it? 10G too much?
Do you take all the dose at one time? Various replies. I am planning on taking all in one dose in the AM, should I split it up? I will do cardio (5 days a week) about 1 pm and lift in the evening, about 6pm.
What is the best calorie level for fat loss on Clen? 12Kcal per lbs is what I am planning. Less?
Is it more effective to extend a two week cycle to three, or have users done better 2 weeks on 2 off? Any advantages to three weeks?
Should I use something like Redline for the two weeks before second cycle or stay off everything?
I am about 15%bf (195), want to get to 11-12%. What is "best case", realistic performance of a cycle in your experiences?
I do not use AAS or ever have. Scared of T3. Clen is the hardest core thing I will have used, want to make sure I'm all set.
