Hi guys. Its not much, but I hit 405lbs on the deadlift for 8 reps yesterday. Felt like I couldve pulled out another 4-5 but put it down cuz it was only supposed to be a one rep warm-up set. Got a little carried away haha Still its one rep better then my best. I usually rep out at the end of my workout though, so guess thats not saying much. ThanX for the encouragement guys.
