I've got an old pro showing me the ropes right now,I PM'd you georgie24! I am 5'11" 230 lbs in the pics and have been on a bulk for about 8 months,I started at 200lbs.And I did a 1-AD cycle two months ago. ;)

Well I really screwed up now,I broke two ribs doing leg presses tuesday,I had 600 lbs and was reppin easy when I let my leg come too far down on my chest and Snap!Doc said take two weeks to heal with no heavy workouts,barely any.I know it seems stupid but it hapened,this sucks! :worried:

I won't get under that thing again,I'll stick with squats,and I will have more pics in about 12 weeks,hopefully with significant progress!
