I have been lifting since my higschool years and have been all natural spending a TON of money on different supps like proteins,pre and post workout drinks, creatines, and such.....finally got offered some "gear" from some gym rats at my local gym I thought about it and started researching more and more about my options and found this site.....well through this site and it's members I've learned that the gym rats were just trying to make a buck and basically just get me some gear without giving me good advice about pct and so on....and I've found NTBM which has great products so I'm don't searching for the right products that actually work in supp stores! Basically what keeps me coming back is the endless amount of help I can get here every single time I have a question about anything there is a good guy on her that will help me out! Also most sites you would never expect to hear back from a site owner......or online store owner....NOT HERE needto is always here for anyone who has a question about anything and from what I can see he would rather let his store fail before he sold some crappy supps which is highly respected in my book

I went the opposite way of most people. I found NTBM when I was looking for supps to get ready for my first season of collegiate baseball becayse GNC as we all hopefully have found out is the greatest waste of money their is. I mean ive used pretty much everything in the store and their whey protien was probably the most effective. I posted over at NTBM for awhile. By word of mouth over at NTBM I was pointed over here and have run into a large bodybuilding community, if I understand correctly EF was around before NTBM and alot of the people over there are EF vets

Yes however needtobuildmuscle.net has taken on a life of its own as you already know my friend. With a great core group of the most respectful and awesome bros to ever be on a site... Needtobuildmuscle.net has become sort of a melting pot of members who have come from hundreds of other sites across the net..

What I love most about my Needtobuildmuscle.net forums is that we have some of the most advanced knowledge there is on many subjects other sites ( even large ones) are just started to touch on.. Also the membership on needtobuildmuscle.net is really really close and although We have made elite a welcoming place for people................. I have to be honest I do not think there is a site on the net that can match the welcoming feeling you get when you log into needtobuildmuscle.net
Like clock work every time each person to log in is excepted as a brother/sister and treated like one... You will not see one single drop of drama or fighting or childs play there ether... the level of respect on NTBM.net is higher then any site out there.

I found this site thanks to Google, and searching "Clenbuterol T3 Stack". I'm a former Division-1 football player, and wanted to drop some weight/lean up again. I'm glad I found this site, as I have since decided AGAINST this, and gone with a stack from Needtobuildmuscle instead. Everyone here has been more than helpful, and there are many here who I'd trust 110% on their word, even in my brief time on the site.

I honestly like the concept of Power Chews, especially for pre and post workout. They seem like a quick and efficient delivery system. Can't wait to actually get a package or 2.

And I bet that stack is working as good as I said it would bro. Now if you like you can jump on some clen and t-3 but now you know that you really do not need them when products that are done right work so much better...

Although clen and T-3 can be used in different ways along with great products to reach goals... But you learned that there is such a thing as supplements that work. Now you can go back and forth and not have to always use drugs that can be a lot more harch on your health... Also be on the look out for Rlssupplements T-3-PCT guys

When I got serious about getting fit and healthy a few years ago I started searching the web to see what tricks I could learn. I started checking out bodybuilding.com then my brother told me EF is way better.
Signed up, learned a ton and have been getting into better and better shape ever since and health and fitness has become my passion.

Well I joined EF originally when I was uncomfortable about being large. a little above 300 pounds. I gained alot of advice here, along with helping me get over my gang related history etc.

I stopped my illegal activities and took up fitness to have something else as a hobby. It all started because of EF to be honest. Seeing everybody so into the fitness world, and seeing how dedicated these people were really helped me see that I could do better with my life.

I dropped down to 210 and am now around 220 pounds. Lost ALOT of weight from just diet and working out. All naturally.

I had no job for a while, still dont. But I got to know some people such as Needto and Orbit and such. I was a pretty good designer after I made mixtapes for multiple rap artists. They gave me the opportunity recently to start designing a bit for them. (ruthless supplements was me heh.) The new orbit homepage logo was me etc. I have been making enough money and am no longer living on the streets doing retarded things, and being homeless every other month.

Im a changed man and have dedicated myself to designing and fitness now. I am so glad for finding EF randomly one day. Because it really created a new life for me.

Awesome thread jason and awesome way to jump into the family here on elitefitness.com..

The membership here is like family and they trust there leaders, mods, vets and sponsors. They trust the sponsors because they know many of them are hand picked by myself and the other admins who over the years have changed the face of this site to much much better place. They have allowed my self and the other mods to run the site by the people for the people for the most part and we all take care of each other.

I think anyone will see from the words of our members that this site is more then just a steroid forum but a group of people working together to help each other in more then a few ways.. Plus we have a lot of fun making fun of each other too.


In 2004 I found ef searching the internet for steroids. I had gotten out of the army and was at a low point in my life. Drinking all the time and just kind of sailing by in life. What made me stay at first was for the fun of it over in the chat forums.

The chat forums would be seen as a place of hate and anger by some however its really a sick twisted fun house full of people who deep down do give a shit about each other. From the outside looking in no one would ever see that but thats just it... You don't get to be a part of it until you have earned your right to be a part of it. They dont just let anyone be part of the family in chat...

As time went on I earned my rights as a long time chat member but then life changed for me and I wanted more out of being here then just fun . I wanted to give back to the site , I started to have a want to help people as well as I finally found out what I love to do and wanted to do for the rest of my life...

I wanted to be here on this site with the great people of this site. And no matter how big I have gotten since that day I know I will always have my family here on elite. I will always come back to EF every day and every time I come here my friends and family will welcome me. Both on the aas/ training forums as a helper and friend to all. As well as over on my chat forum as just other bro fucking off having some fun...

I like that even though I am he head of the entire forums and how they are run. I am always going to be one of the bro's and accepted as such.. That is one of the huge reasons I have refused to change my title to admin. I feel once I change my title to this it separates me from my men.

Like a 1st sgt going green to gold From 1st sgt to cpt. I have chosen Not to do so. But to keep my tittle as the commanding highest ranking enlisted rather then make the change over to officer. I want to be a part of my company and my men forever , out here on the field of battle with them for the rest of my life.


I have been through so much with all the men and woman of this site. I have made some of the best friends I have ever had in my life as well as my best friend and mentors. Sadly I have also lost some of the most important people to me and friends I thought I would have to the end. I have laughed here, I have cried here, I have learned,lived, loved, and lost all here with the members of this great site.

This iste has changed my life and my life has changed over the years of beieng here from a ok to better then I could have ever dreamed of. I my self have changed here during my years on this forum.. Many many people who where here the day I got here and some here long before me have watched the story of my life here unfold.

Many of them would have never dreamed I would be where I am now on elitefitness. As a matter of almost all the members who were here in late 2004 must still be trying to wrap there head around just how different I am now compared to back then..

Along the way I have seen so many great posters come and go. Both on the aas/training forums as well as on the other lighter fun forums like chat. SOme of the super posters who made up the spirit of this site are missing today but there memory still lingers through the forums we all post on today..

Lestat, jerkbox,Seashell, frisky, stickfigure, brotherbill, spongbob, fisty, hotzie, anthrax , nycgirl, Raptorex, redguru, 4 everhung,Daisy_, Hamstershaver, soklueless, Dakotah, habitualhealth, flexygrl,jaded, misfit, lickin lollypops, Miss24k, kawkdeisel, Mightingmouse69, Gjohson, and my once best friend Deiselgunz, chefbone, and so many more I could not list them all. These are friends I have seen come and go..

SOme of whom have chosen for what ever reason not to like me lolol.. But I always count some one a friend to death because I believed that one day they may just realize how wrong they are about some one. I have seen it happen many times so I never count some one among the lost unless I have to.

But as long as the list is of people who have come and gone from this site. There is a much larger list of people who are still here and always have been. As well as a ever growing list of new members coming to the site. From these members I know I will make friends and some of them will one day make a post like this and add my name to it as some one they once remembered here on the site.

You see the spirit of this site will never die. Over time it has changed, evolved but its heart always beats and its always about people coming together in one way or another to help each other reach a common goal. Be it on the aas/training forums or the chat forums year after year there is always a brotherhood and once you become a part of it.. For me anyway!!!!

You just kind of feel like everything is going to just fine. Maybe its me but from the day I first types words on elite to this very day. I have always felt like its my home. I feel like as long as I have a computer and I type in the url and this site pops up then the rest of the world will fall into place and things will be fine..

People always say its just the internet but it has never been like that for me. Not even the first day.. I new that group of ass holed telling me they were going to tape my mouth just and jam a plunger up my ass were going to be there for me for the rest of my life... And so far I can say all of them have.

They have been more then I could have ever hoped for. I dont have to list a list of who they are. Because they are here, they are reading this now and as they are reading this I have no doubt many of them are thinking to them selfs " thats my bro right there" .. Well others are thinking something else but all of them have there thoughts lol.. We are a family and for now I get to be the head of this family and I am thankful and grateful for it.. Because I love everyone here and always will.
