i posted a few pics so people would know what i look like
try to put a face to a name/e-personality
not so much for vain reasons
and frankly i'm not too huge
sligthtly chisled though
 
I fully expect criticism from 1/2 of the people on here when I post pics. I do so because I don't feel like I fully know people unless there is some sort of exchange of pictures. I pretty much have my own opinion of myself and my loved ones that is independent of the opinions of this board. Of course, it is nice to hear nice things from your friends when you share pics, moreover, though, it is just a bonding thing.

I actually feel that I know you less than people who I have seen pictures of. It is sort of like when you do business with someone over the phone only you feel like you don't know that person as well as someone with whom you "do lunch" with in business. Maybe it is just me, but I feel like I know someone better if I have seen them.

That doesn't answer the question ;-)

So say that you are fat. Joined up on here and followed all the advice to lose weight and get in shape. You should be obligated to post up before and after pics to show how everyone's input has helped you on your journey.

You never know, it just might be the motivation that someone needed who came along on this site looking for a way to get in better shape... which might even save or extend their life

iv put up pics periodically but then i feel ashamed of myself for giving into the attention whore mentality and take them down.

iv shown the people who truely helped me and su pported me pics

The pics I posted are far from praisable. I honestly did it to get roasted a bit for motivation.

You assholes are all supportive. I see your point though.

FYI, bodybuilding is all about comparing physiques. If no one cared what anyone looked like, this board wouldn't exist.

Brosephine, 1.5 years ago I weighed 200 lbs and maintained 7-10% BF. Now I'm 213 and 19%. That's nothing to boast about.

Didn't you post pics of your vacation to Italy? WTF is that then? How many peeps here do you think will ever get to do something like that? Were you rubbing it in their faces? Or did you want to share some cool shit that you got to experience?

i was trying to make people jealous to be honest.

and i was trying to show them how boring it was and i posted pics to save them time and mon ey from having to actually go to italy like i did

i thought it would be good but it was with parents and was alot of stress. i had a good time, but i dont go on family vacations with my parents anymore unless its to someplace relaxing, for the reason that i dont wanan waste their money

I can understand that. It can be awkward to a) get ahold of your dad's credit card to pay for a hooker, and b) to sneak her into the room if they make you and your brother share a room.

I post to share my life, or at least some of the more interesting parts, with people here. I enjoy seeing other people's pictures for the same reason, I find it interesting.
