most instances of a postal inspector alone contacting a person was over a domestic shipment.

I just talked to my boy who had the inspector call him, he said he was leaving messages saying they wanted to get his permission to open the package and if he didn't comply they would have to get a warrant, said they would get in it either way. that is just what he said in his case.
