You dont have to read this whole thing im just seriously venting. if your bored then go for it....
Im sorry but why in the hell do they have to be so rude? We moved out of our house on the first of this month so i can stay in school. for now until i get my financial aide we are living in a hotel living off of unemployment and my Navy Retirement. yes times are tough but im staying in school even if it kills us. anyway, i went to the post office to have our mail forwarded to a po box i rented out. they said it would take 5-7 days for mail to begin to go to the box. well 10 days later no mail in the box and we had an unemployment check coming. so i stopped the mail forwarding and just put our mail on hold because of the forwarding delay. anyway i go to the post office to get the mail help and there is this woman (a supervisor i believe, she wasnt wearing the normal postal employee shirt like the other tellers) who was only helping people that were there to pick up mail. so i go to her. she goes to the back and comes out with this shitty attitude and says "why do you have your mail forwarded and on hold at the same time? you cant do that" I said i didnt, i canceled the forwarding and it is now on hold because im waiting for a check. she again has this real shitty attitude and said well there is no longer a hold on your mail i just took it off. I said you cant do that without my permission. i still have a lease on the house till the end of this month. (i dont really but to her i do) anyway, shes holding my mail in her hand but down by her waste behind the counter like shes hiding it and not going to give it to me. i said as soon as i get the check i will re-foward my mail and everything will be fine. well i go in today and i get the same lady. she remembers me and refuses to even go look for my mail on hold. she said she told me she stopped my mail hold so i asked her where is my mail going to be sent to since its not forwarded or on hold. this is her exact words "how should i know?" im flabbergasted.... i ask her for her name and i ask the teller next to her for the complaint number which he gave me... lol. so now i have no idea where my mail is going so now i have to check the post office for any holds possibly, the house we moved from and also our PO box. i asked her where she was from cause she had a northern accent. she said new york. i said funny so am i but i chose to leave my shitty attitude up there and she should do the same and i walked out. im am the biggest smart ass in the world when you piss me off for no reason.
