I do not have many pics of me.I must say though that last year this time I was 98 lbs and had arms that looked like many of your fingers...Well 11 1/2 months later I way 120 and my arms are bigger than your f'n head, I could crush you all with no effort.

Well, you know, I was the same person I am now. Just the new and improved version. :) Same heart, same mind, same soul. Different healthier body.

Damn Guardian!!! How the hell do you fit into jeans? My legs are not very big but I have to wear a larger waist size to fit into most jeans because of the cuts.

I buy loose fit designer jeans with a waist 38-40 and get them taken in at the waist.

I have to have all my dress pants tailored. :(

That's the price of beauty or else you'd have to go around in athletic wear all the time like me, lol.

I just tweaked my knee doing HIIT. I'm pretty pissed about it and I'm just trying to ice it down and hope for the best (best being me being able to work out tomorrow).

that sucks nefers.. injuring yourself working out, preventing you from being able to work out is probably one of the suckiest things. :(

hope it heals up properly, luckily for me I haven't injured myself poorly enough where it's kept me out for a while, other then getting really bad bronchitus almost phenomea, so I quit smoking!

have a speedy recovery.
