with summer coming i would rather not have any lifting days scheduled on the weekends ( cuts into my tuna fishing) M-F hard/heavy and play on the weekend ;)
 
Monday - Back, Bis
Tuesday - Forearms, Calves
Wednesday - Chest, Tris
Thursday - Off
Friday - Quads and Hams
Saturday - Shoulders
Sunday - Off
