My new years resolution is that I'm gonna start hitting the gym again after the 1st of the year. I've been idle since my shoulder injury in august, and i've only lost a few lbs of mass. I decided against surgery because nothing is torn, it is just stretched and lots of scar tissue. I'm going to be taking glucosamine chondroiton to see if it helps. I haven't decided on my next cycle but it is going to include nandrolone. Maybe NPP & dbol, along with something to minimize bloat. Lets hear what everyone else is pledging for the new years!
