Post Workout Protein Shake: Water or Milk?

Well.. i've this doubt.
I always drink my protein shake with MILK.. cause it has high II (Insulin Index) and it should be interesting for post workout.
So.. what's better.. with milk or water?.. for bulking results.

Really you should take i shake on waking with water or juice (plus other supps), one pre training again water or juice, one post work out with water or juice again and finally one before bed with skimmed milk (a longer release allows you to stay anabolic during sleep. )

Using milk at any other time of day releases the protein into your system far too slowly and thus doesnt do the work it should repairing and rebuilding the damaged fibers from the previous workout, also bear in mind that if you are eating a reasonable amount of protein during the day anyway thats way better than the protein powder and you can cut back on the shakes.

Ok.. i gonna drink my post workout shake with water and Dextrose.
Before bad.. i use to drink a Albumin Shake with milk.. is it right?
 
Defintely use WATER, not milk. Milk will slow digestion, which is the complete opposite of your PW shake's goal; quick recovery.
