post workout after pl training

I train w/ a WSB split, so how important is it to replenish to glycogen immed. after. ??? should I still take about 80 gm dextrose and 40 gm whey - like a bodybuilder. ??

It's always important to replenish glycogen, but w/ your workout I would say 30g dextrose/40g protein is more then plenty.

thanks. It won't do anyharm ( besides getting fatter) if I take too much dextrose though will it ??

Yes, too much dextrose will make you fat and release TOO much insulin, in turn making you suffer from an insulin crash after the meal.
