saw this on the anabolic board, thought it was a good idea.
everyone post up their current stats and their short - term goals, so we can see what everyone is shooting for.
i'll start off:

current - 6'2" about 205 pounds, bf approx. 6-8% (last time tested was 6% so i think it's closer to 8 now)

goal - want to be about 220 - 225 at a maximum increase of 2%bf before summer.

ok people let's see yours!
 
current - 6'1" about 220 pounds, about 15 - 18% bodyfat

goal - 195 to 200 pounds...i'm thinking that will take me down to about 8 - 10% bf...I just want to see some abs before May
 
5'11, 218, 12%

short term goal; to lose as little strength and size as possible when i have acl surgery in 2 weeks.

long term; 240ish at 11-13 %.
 
currently 240lbs, just under 5'9", bf at 11%, not on any gear
before summer plan to top 250lbs, same bf, then diet off a few % of bodyfat
 
Boy Zap, I thought I was tiny....

6'2, 192lb, 6-7%....goal is to get back to 230 and 9-10% within the next year..........

no clue on bodyfat, but any that i'm carrying is in my middle.

shot-short term goals - to not plateau on 5x5 or have to drop anything to 5x3 for at least a few more weeks. got one lift that i need to repeat next week (90lb BB curl...couldn't hit the last rep in the last set :mad: )

short term goals - 300+ squat for 5 reps by the end of April. Same for deadlift. 225+ for bench by the same time frame.

weight, size, and bf goal - will determine when i get as big as i want to be. i just want to get bigger and thicker and not have to maintain an extremely strict diet to look good.

my goal is to make my lifting more regular by mid march, and have to fight off the girls by summer..

and maybe gain 10-15 pounds of muscle:D :(

edit: id say im about a little under 15%, and i dont wanna go any higher, but i wouldnt mind going a little lower.


also i wanna gain 50 pounds on squat and bench by summer (i have faith i can do it...) and im not so familiar with lat pull downs and i havnt done deads yet, so i guess get more familiar with those lifts...
 
Ill tell you one thing bro,.......you arent going to put 50lb on anything if you havent done deads and have no idea what lat pulls are............
 
5'6 188-190 bf prob 15-16%
currently cutting,down 4lbs or so since christmas,I want to cut to about 11%bf then bulk and cut again ,I want to do a local show in the under 21 class but we will play that by ear
 
As of today 02/21/2004 I'm 5'11'' 230lbs around 14%bf. By June I want to get(AND WILL) get my bf down to 8%. Don't really care what my weight is, as long as I maintain most of my strength. Next year at this time I would like to be at least 240lbs w/ about the same bf.
 
Im 5'8 185-190lbs , Unsure of BF% since its not much of a concern now. Ill be bulking for a long time to come. Some short term goals are 19 inch arms cold and a 405 flat and incline bench, and a 600 deadlift. I cant start working on them until I have complete recovery of my back though. Arms are just under 18" now (17 7/8) and benches were 370 flat and 360 incline last I maxed, unassisted, deadlift was at 510 (standard style). As for the Beast Lifts I may not do them as much for a while since thats how I injured myself. I will post some updated pics in april even though I will look like shit, because of the injury. Arms are as big if not bigger, chest and back has shrunk. More motivation to get back and exceed my previous bests. A picture to give you an idea of BF%:

6'3 currently 202 lbs....my goal is to gain around 8 more lbs before cutting back down.

currently my bodyfat is (estimated by me) around 15-16% which is pretty high for my liking(but it seems like it has stopped increasing, while the weight gain continues).

hoping to hit 210 soon so i can focus on cutting while maintaining muscle mass.

huh? i know what lat pulls are, i just havnt done them enough to know what is a reasonable expectation in terms of how much you can gain in a period of time.

i don't to them. imo wide grip pull ups are better and i think most of the guys on the training board would agree with that.
 
Currently 6'2" 285lbs (was 295 till I got sick)
Bodyfat- Don't care but probably mid teens.
Goals-
Bodyweight- 300lbs
Bench- 500 in comp this summer
Dead- 650-700
Squats- 700+

Also to do my first strongman comp this spring.

6'2.5'' 230 im guessing bf around 13%??

by april i wanna be around 235- 240... then cutting for a show in september and wanna get to around 4-5% bf would be nice.
 
currently 5'9 164lbs....

goals: 180lbs by summer...under 13% bf...big chest + ripped abs for the ladies =D
 
5 feet 8.90 inches, 155 lbs 10% bodyfat

Goal is to be 176 lbs 8-10% bodyfat. Improve 100m sprint to under 11seconds(now 11.3) and 400m(now 55) to under 52 and run a 6-minute mile. Increase bench to 220(now 198), deadlift to 330(now 264), squat to 220(now 176).

(Yes I'm weak and slow.)
 
seems that a lot of you have very clear goals, i haven't met any lifter in real life that has ever set clear, measurable goals. keep em coming!
 
currently 5'11", 176, bf around 15%

short-term goals: find out what the fuck is wrong with my shoulder (rot cuff) and do what I gotta do to make it better.

currently in a cutting cycle to drop bf.

long-term goals: once the shoulder heals- bulk big time, start a 5x5 and hit the iron like an animal.
 
currently just a tad over 6'4 and 272 lbs.

my goals are to get down to about 240 then do a clean bulk as possible to about 280
 
5'11" and 188 lbs with 14%bf

my goals are to get up to 215-220 by April. then cut for summer.

i never thought I was a fast gainer, but I am as i bulked up some good muscle this winter and many of my friends have complemented me on the gains, and I got the shirts and jeans to prove it damnit.
 
6'2 (dr keeps saying 6'3, but he is LYING!! lol). 252 down from 275, and still cutting. I'm aiming for a very hard 225-235. My goals have changed a lot this past year, and I feel I'm finally 'there', right where I want to be. I also want my waist back to a tight 31inch's. Down to 34 now from 36.

I hope everyone gets to their goals, and has fun doing it :)
 
Current stats:

5'8"
weighed in at 185.5 yesterday, looking to be 190 by the end of this bulking cycle. Bodyfat %unknown, rough estimates 14-16%, possibly higher.

I want to put an inch around my arms, and put up 300 on bench, and 275 on squats for reps.
