I skipped the cardio and lifted..did legs..on an empty stomach I firgured the Epi/tren tfo would do my body good..my legs are really lagging so im not even gonna post up my numbers but IT FINALLY HAPPENED!! I fucking puked. I did legs and got a couple of sets in on the incline bench then did some bent over rows thats when my legs started shaking and my body said "FAWWKKK YOUUUUU"

Roflamo! Fish Oil does that on it's own to me. I walk around belching salmon all day. I had to chanhe it up to flax seed bro. Takes longer to convert but I don't burp up the chicken of the sea anymore.
