Post-Surgery Plan

I've been cutting for about six weeks with pleasing results. I'm 5'5 165 at about 10% bodyfat. I've been doing 40 min. of cardio 4-5 times/week and eating about 1800 cal. at a 60/25/15 protein/fat/carbs ratio. I'm going to have some minor surgery that will prevent me from lifting for two to three weeks. I'm assuming after a week to ten days I'll lose some hardness. My question is what kind of workout/nutrition/supplement plan should I follow when I return to the gym assuming I can return at full throttle? Also, I won't be able to do morning cardio and afternoon weights, because I'm a teacher and school will be back in session. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
