for my fellow elite brolies who requested; here's some pics of the area of new orleans that i live in called bywater. it's adjacent to the french quarter and a few blocks from the mississippi river.
the first pic shows the symbol spray painted on my house and every house checked by the hard working national guard troops. this one shows the date checked, "NE" for No entry (because of the cypress shutters bolted from the inside and wrought iton burgular bar screen doors), and zero dead people inside.
the second and third pics show the water line on the front and side of the bywater money pit. i had flood water in the street, flooding under the house, but no flooding INSIDE the house. THANK YA, JAY-SUS-S-S!
the last pic is a popular street curbside scene; that of useless refridgerators. guys and gals....ya'll cannot imagine the putrfying stench that can eminate from a refridgerator packed full of seafood, meat, poultry, dairy products that has been inside a 100-plus degree house for a couple of weeks!
if ya'll want some more street ssene pics; i can post some more. some of the scenes arround town will break your heart.
