Post Injection pain

Injected my glute yesterday morning. 1cc Omna 250. Towards the end of the day I was getting a bit of discomfort, like a bruise. This morning feels like the gf has gone to town on me with a baseball bat whilst I was asleep.

If I inject twice a week, I'm not gonna be able to train properly. No swelling, redness or visible bruising to the area, just hardcore bruising pain.

Another thing that bothers me, is my BP. Was fine 2 weeks ago at 140 / 85. Went up to as high as 164 / 98 since first shot yesterday. Although keeps spiking all over the place. Smoking is not helping obviously, doh ! As soon as i see a high reading like that, I get all worked up to the point I think I'm about to fkn die. Have to go lie down for half an hour. Paranoid as fk !

I think if my butt wasn't hurting so much, wouldn't think about it as much.

What are you injection procedures?Did you use alcohol on the injection site before and after,change needle before injecting,aspirate,rub injection site after shoot?If you did these things then your pain is probaly caused from passing the needle thru a vein when injecting.It should be gone in a few days.If you didn"t do one of these let us know which one.

The only thing I can think I didn't realy do I suppose is massage the area enough. Gave it a few rubs here and there but thats all.

Rub the injection site for a good 30secs will help alot.Odds are the needle passed thru a vein when you injected and that"s whats causing the soreness and will probaly bruise a little too.

Thanks for the info. Any thoughts on the BP, other than quitting the smoking.

ehh bro thats how people react to somethings, you did inject a foreign substance into a muscle which was oil so its sitting in there trying to disperse.....rubbing/massaging it with a warm wash cloth will help a bit but sometimes some things injected just hurt and you have to work through it....i used omnas a few times and i got the same feeling you did, i think it had to do with the prop (albeit small amount) in it....now imagine hitting a full 2 cc's of prop in a shoulder as i have done talk about discomfort.....you will live
