Well, my surgery last Friday went well. I weighed 200 lbs before the op and weighed 210lbs post op. Just alot of fluid. The second day I had to remove the thin foam padding which was under my vest.
My chest was smaller in size but swollen. Afer the op my doctor said that he could barely find my gland because it was so small after the lypo so he didn't remove it. I was also swollen in around my abs. An incision was made near my rib cages and 3 below my waist line. It hurt only to get up out of bed, my abs were KILLING me! Two days later I was able to get out of bed on my own, but very slowly. Three days later, I weighed 202lbs, I was constipated for two days because I was told not to eat any solid foods for a day or two. Plus I was poppin Vicodin every couple of hours for the first two days and Vicodin will constipate you. So then I began taking a few Ex-Lax pills and ate some chicken and rice on Sunday. From the day of the op, I ran to the bath room every couple of hours, even in the early morning just to P.
I noticed a difference in the lypo of my abs eventhough I was still swollen. This is definetly a good sign. I had that litte layer of fat that some us guys just cant get rid of no matter how many crunches we do (w/out AS to), and now its gone. I just want to use this as momentum to build my ideal body. My surgeon said that I can workout 2 weeks after my surgery, I think I will begin a mild cycle in about 3 weeks. My swelling may not subside for another 3-6 months, can you believe that! I wonder if exercise will accerlate the healing process. I'm still sore and walk kinda slow. No one really knows about the op except you bros. It cost me $4,300 for the gyno removal (lypo no gland removal), lypo of the abs and love handles. Damn I feel guilty in a way that I got my abs and love handles done, almost like I'm cheat'in, but fuckit I'm paid for for the shit right? lol. I can now begin my first real cycle. Thanx for all of your support.
