Hi all new to the forum

Done a 200Test 500deca for 16weeks
gain 11kgs
But feeling empty and feeling like bitch
4weeks after coming off the cycle
Looking Anything to sort this feelings out
Now cruising on 200mg test

you ran 16 weeks + you are not counting ester clearance. deca has a 15 day half life. so it takes 10 extra weeks to clear

of course you will feel like shit. also where was your DHT on cycle to balance things out? and now you are staying on test. you did a lot of things wrong here and you will never recover at this route

was there any bloodwork done pre and mid cycle?? what ancillaries did you use on cycle?

You shouldn't include anything other then blood work after a cycle to see what u need to do to fix the issue 19nor compounds are no joke and will screw you up if ran the wrong way. Also Dylan is trying to help you please answer his question

@Lift huge you're cruising at 200mgs testosterone and not feeling well? something is off about your diet training and cardio and supplements.

we need to see a new thread with your LOG journal diet training cardio sleep supplements posted.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
