Post cycle question

Hi guys. I'm going to be finishing a cycle of week 1-10 sust every third day, week 1-8 eq-200 every third day. week 6-12 fina 75mg eod and week 6-12 primo-100 eod. I'm in week 10 of my cycle. Should i be takeing clomid eod now or should I start a couple days after last shot at 100mg for a week then 50mg 2 more weeks. Is this this O.k. or Would you have any other suggestions. Also I had no signs of qyno, if I would get signs would it be post cycle or is there nothing to worry about
