Post Cycle Calories

Hey fellas, Im winding down on my cycle which consisted of 8 weeks of tren 75 mg eod and 100 mg eod prop with winny 50 mg ed weeks 6-10. Obviously I want to keep all my gains and I have the proper post cycle drugs on hand (HCG, clomid, clen and I may buy avena sativa )but what do you recommend for calories. Im 195 and I planned on keeping protein at 250 grams minimum but Im not sure if I should up my carb intake bc I am cutting now with 100 grams carbs on lifting days and 70 on cardio days with a carb up once a week. Any suggestions?
 
keep the carbs as you plan 100/70 with a carb up. eat a low/moderate amount of fat, and bump the protein to at least 300g. You are trying to cut so keep the carbs low and the intensity up.

suggest starting around 2300 or so calories.

fat: 20-40g = 180-360 calories
carbs: 70-100g = 280-400 calories
protein: 300-400g = 1200-1600 calories

can always add some more fat in there, just keep it healty.
