Possible over/under training?

As of about three weeks ago my shoulder began hurting. Whenever I do push ups, incline and some times bench press.

The pain is in this area:
ImageShack - Image Hosting :: painie5.jpg

It is only one shoulder as well.

Now recently, my shoulder training has dropped a LOT. I stopped training shoulders a little before this began [no reason to be honest] so could it possibly be me not training shoulders enough?

It clicks and there is a general pain whenever I begin to use it. I do a little basic stretching before lifting.

I have chronic pain in the same area. What I did was switch to dumbells I did flat and incline press and allowed my shoul;der to rotate.

Try taking a couple weeks off. That usually helps me alot.

Theres' alot of things in that area.

Chest muscle
shoulder muscle
Bicep tendon
rotator cuff.

I have the same issues frequently through out the year, usually I have to switch to Cable excersises to help me get passed the soreness or injury, but I try my best not to avoid shoulder training...you might want to work on some rotator cuff excersises to strengthen the joints. Also take Joint Support Supplements as often as you can.

Best of Luck.
