Popping Dbol

In the past I used dbol at 20-40mgs a day. I had good results taking the 4-8 pills 1.5 - 3 hours before working out. Any bros have good results doing it differently?
 
Bro, you will have much better results spreading it out throughout the day.....2 to 3 times per day is ideal. Once a day will work but it is not as good as spreading the dose out, b/c at once a day, the blood levels of the drug Methandrostenolone will not be as constant. This is especially true of D-bol b/c of it's very short half-life.

I do my dbol dosing a bit differently than some people. I don't take a set, specific amount each day. I just decide what concentration I want in my blood, and then take that dose every three hours that I am awake. And each time I wake up at night, I take that dose.

i second this. i am doing 10mg or 2 thais every 4 hours. and usually split the 10mg i take before bed in half....5mg pre bed and 5mg at midnight piss break.
 
well since im on dbol right now il have to try spreading it out throughout the day. I would think the pumps(that dbol is famous for) would be stronger taking all dbol 1.5-3 hours before working out though. Based on dbols short half life. But it would make sense that you would gain best with a steady amount of dbol in the blood.
