pop goes the shoulder!!

so just getting back into gym hard due to 10 hour 6a week work days and got layed off now but anyway just get back in to things and then today doing shoulder press with 90lb dumbbells some thing pop in left shoulder felt realy tight and pain full i streched it out feels beter but still a little painfull u guys think i tour my Rotator cuff :worried:
 
Hold your arm straight out to the side. Lift it up as high as you can - keep your elbow locked. Did you make it past shoulder height - if yes it's only a strain, ice it, massage, easy stretching. If no it's most likely a tare and most guys need sugery to have it repaired unless you are willing to do rehab for years.

I know two guys right now - both waiting for surgery. The one hasn't lifted above shoulder height for almost a year - the other takes all kinds of pain killers just to golf 18 holes.

thanks bro..i can get it all the way up just realy thight how long u think i should want to hit shoulders again u think hit my delt with some Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - -Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - tonight might speed it up also any tips to stop this form happing agan mybe more stretching "like a dumbass i didnt even stretch just warmed up with light wieght"

deca will only mask it. May even make it worse. You will end up working out hurt and may not know it well using deca.

I always do cable shrugs before I work my shoulders in any way.

I also like to hang from a chin-up bar to stretch out the shoulders and back.

It helps.

fuck de.ca. shoulder injuries take forever to heal, unless you tore something in which

case it wont heal on its own. one of the reasons it takes so long is people never want

to wait long enough, then they push themselves and re-injure. wait atleast a week or

two before you do any shoulder workouts. ive never torn shoulder ligs, but i tore my

mcl and that fucker popped when i did.
 
I dislocated mine snowboarding one time. Nothing heals it but time. That was 5-6yrs ago and I still have to be careful with it. Definitely avoid any behind the neck presses, that's how I popped it out the second time.
 
not training is making me crazy guess ill go hit legs today..........i hope to god it heals by next week this is a good way to ruin a cycle :mix:
