Those bull terriers are the sweetest dogs, but holy shit they can be stubborn. I've looked into getting one, but I think I'll stick with dobies. Just a better personality fit.

I saw that story before. The dog ended up being fine. That breed just goes nuts and won't back down from a fight, even when it is clearly losing. Hope he didn't hurt the porcupine either...lol.

mine is SUPER sweet, and very smart. She's got the energy of a pitbull though- she'll just keep going after something till she gets it, and she has jaws of steel.

BUT, she's very gentle with kids, cats, and other dogs. just not groundhogs, gophers, deer, squirrels, or rabbits.

That's what I said, damnit. I can trusy my dog around anything but cats and other small rodent types. He's great with kids and other dogs.

My neighbor by my last house had a bull terrier and training it was a constant battle of wits, mostly because the dog was smart. The damn thing was really nice and a good dog, just stubborn as hell.
