OK - this is pretty simple, for your PWO carbs, what types of carbs do you consume

(1) Waxy Maize
(2) Dex/glucose
(3) Maltodextrin
(4) Whole foods but sugars (bananas, milk, fruit, honey etc)
(5) whole foods but starches (oats, potatoes, bread etc)
(6) Combo of dex and maltodextrin
 
what is waxy maize and where could i buy it at?
i prefer oats....
you can mix them well with mostly anything
 
WMS (waxy maize starch, derived from corn) is a long-chain, complex, super-high molecular weight, sugar-free carbohydrate. The high molecular weight produces a solution with high osmality that passes through the digestive system much faster than any other carbohydrate source and it the process rapidly pulls nutrients and protein to your muscles were they are needed the most.

In Australia, it can be bought for the equivalent of $6 US per kilo, and given it's like 80+% carb, that means it not really dearer than breakfast cereals.

wm is the only pw carb i've ever used, after an intense bout of HIIT cardio, I get massive headaches and as soon as the wm hits my stomach I begin to feel better
 
Combo of plain oatmeal and banana.

Heard a lot of good things about WM, though
 
8-10oz natural grape juice....better for you than dex IMO....also drink 1scoop ISOpure zero carb vanilla and 1 scoop ON pro complex chocolate
