first cycle keep it simple.. test E or C or sustanon 2x week and dbol weeks 1-4 for a "kickstart" that was my first cycle ever and boy did it work.. went from 165-179 in 12 weeks and kept a fair amount of the gains.. still a year and a half later 170 after a cut cycle.. once i fix my busted ass shoulder i am gonan go back at it

Deca with Test E once a week for a bulking cycle. That way your first time you arent shooting 4 times a week.

Agreed. You can wait on test for a while since the milder stuff will bring nice gains to a noobie. Decca is a horrible choice.

Test E or Cyp 250-500mgs a week. Shoot it mondays and thursdays.

Ha, my first was Sustanon 250 with equipoise and some Winstrol - stanozolol at the end and I was bigger and stronger than I had ever imagined in advance. I recommend!
(I think it was tokkyo testanon, but can't remember.)
