I got you all beat, my arms are 12" cold. My forearms are also 12" cold.
5'10.5" 175 lbs.
thighs are about 25 inches, calves 17, that's where the weight is I guess
my forearms have grown 2 inches since I started training, from oly lifts and deads I guess. upper arms haven't grown at all, but have gotten stronger and look a lot different. might be the lower bodyfat.
