I want to see results of who uses simple carbs post workout such as dextrose/malto, or complex carbs such as oats or rice, while trying to stay lean.

JG1 said:I use dextrose PW regardless if I'm trying to lean out or gain size. For you first PW meal, your body needs fast acting carbs, and dextrose fits the bill.

naw I don't think you're a jackass, and I understand where you're coming from, you're right he asked about carbs.. my bad.. ya.. anyway.. my votes for dextrose post workout at this isolated time... and I'd say rest of the time clean and slight caloric deficit. but hey, there's lots of ways to do this, really comes down to the basics, when going the natural route IMO.
