How many lbs have you gained since "Dardenfest"?

How are you planning to hit 255lbs??

I weighed in at 220 @ the Bluegrass State Championships. I had to cut down to do some personal betterment. I weighed in today @ 227. I will be 235 by wednesday and 240 by next week. 250 will be August. :)

I'll be doing it with all barbell exercises (2" thick bar), grunt work, and lots and lots and clean whole food. I have been humbled and I understand what I need to do.

Learning and passing on my knowledge is the gateway tomy success. Loudin I would love tolearn more form you about training and methods.

Louden, how is your light training going? Do you believe it to be superior to a week OFF in terms of recovery/maintanence of strength?

Its going well. . .I trained light for about a week just to take a rest. My body is thanking me.

Now, I am starting to move towards the heavier weights.

The squat cycle that I am following is working well. Finally, people on this board have concinced me that its not necessary to go heavy each session.

I think you can go heavy for a few weaks, then spend a week or two with the lighter stuff.

PH,

You know what to do. . . you have the drive.

As far as my methods concerned. . I believe in simplicity.

I can never know enough and a person like you has a great deal to contribute. There is always something that you can share. you certainly did not build that physique reading books.

Simplicity brings results and pain. I welcome the pain.

One of these days I will need to visit Long Island. . .

You will have to show me where all the pizza and hot dog joints are located lol.

Anytime you want just let me know Loudin.

There's a whole lot of outstanding eating establishments, most of which are located within 20 miles of my residence :)

Hammer, in the pictures you looked in absolutely incredible condition. One mean physique you've sculpted, and it seems you certainly tore it up on the day. Excellent work brother.

Looking forward to you putting up some bigger numbers in the gym and at the buffet! :D

He did look good, didn't he?

It's soooo hard for men of his stature to look like good bodybuilders, but The Hammer* pulls it off :)

*To differentiate Polish from the OTHER "Hammer," you know..."can't touch this" guy.
