i am 19 years old, and preparing to become a police officer once i finish college. i won't graduate for atleast another 2 years, but i want to be fully prepared. i talked to an officer that is a family friend and she said that strength is a big factor in the 20week academy. does anyone have a diet/routine that i could start that would suit this description? i guess i am really clueless on what i should shoot for, but am just looking for some insight. thanks alot.
