Plz Help !!!

Hi all,

I need some answers in regards to whats the best type of steroids i can use.

I play rugby league and my weight is about 83kgs but its an average body type but i am fit.

I do regular excercise and light weights training.

I have been selected to play at a higher level and wish to bulk up and look more leaner what is the best steroid to use that will give me some fast effective results.

Much needed help plz

well im guessing u want to bulk but since ur playing rugby you still wanna be able to move very good so i would say run test prop or do a 16 week cycle of test enanthate since this will be ur first time and then 10-16 run some winstrol to cut u back up but u would have to lift ALOT and have a great diet or no matter what kind or how many different types of steroids or anything else wont help

I suggest you start training heavier with clean,strict form.......increase your caloric and protein intake.you need to develop a level of muscle maturity naturally before you even contemplate gear bro.you also need to get your workout routine and diet dialed in.

train a few years naturally and overcome the 200lb mark through correct diet and exercise.then educate yourself as much as possible on steroid profiles cycles,serms and ai's,post cycle therapy etc...then and only then can you make an educated and wise decision.

poor advice...

imo he would be alot better off doing alot of research b4 taking any other advice like this. im not usualy 1 for flamming people but ur just telling him to dive in feet first blindfolded. bros on here are very usefull in helping each other. to me that was help he could be doing without right now.

theres alot of info to learn b4 picking wat compounds ur gona take when u dont have the first clue about aas.
 
rugby league is a real mans sport,no pads or helmets.and they hit harder than any american football player.get some sustanon and use 500 mg a week for 10 weeks ,you will see a big diff if you train and eat right.
 
There are steroid profiles all over the net, and also a list of all the possible side effects.

I would do more research.

Is a 16 week test cycle for a first timer a good thing??

Assume he has done the research, diet, training, routine in check ----- is it not better to stick to a 10 to 12 week cycle to avoid long term sides?

Just wondering.
