plyo training...

I know overtraining is running backwards...so I hope someone might be able to help me with this. Been training every off season with plyo's 3x wk. Can I train plyo's on leg (lifting)days while on AS cycle or should I do them day before/after? I don't want to make the mistake of overtraining legs...any advice could help...thank ya
 
why dont you substitute one of the plyo days with your leg workout, so do two days of plyo and one of your leg workout, just to keep overtraining down

you need to be frsh when doing them so do the plyo's first and have a competent person show you hwo to do them! there awesome for strength
 
you should not do them on leg day..and if u are going to do them on a lifting day, i would suggest defnitly doing the plyos first. it will put to much shock on ur knees and other jionts.

wile on AS i would lift legs, then the next day do lower body plyos

are u doing upper body???
