Allright thanks . .well 280 mg of Caffeine in each serving and you take 2 servings a day so I guess if the half life is 4 hours that would just add another 4 hours then . .problem is they usually only give you a 24 hour notice before they test you . .and what is this niacin supposed to do to help . .i have never heard of it . .thanks again

Anyone else find it funny that caffeine is on the banned list but if you can't go at the drug test center they give you coffee to help?

MSU, Niacin will not do anything for you. Just don't drink coffee before your test.

Allright I did some research and most sources said the average half life of caffeine for an adult man is 4-7 hours.. however they said that smokers reduce their half life time by 30-50% . i do not smoke but i dip all the time . .it kinda comes with playin baseball . .so I am hoping that dipping has the same effect . .also I saw a site that showed how many miligrams are in your average coffee and soft drink . .etc. So it should help out my situation if cut back on tea, soft drinks .. and so on . .So NCAA says it counts as a positive test if your urine level of caffeine is 15 MICROGRAMS/ML . .i have no clue how much a microgram/ml is so if anyone has any idea and could help me out I would greatly appreciate it .. thanks again guys ..-Marc
