Hi! I thought I should finally drop in and say hello to you all. I've been reading EF boards for months now and learned a lot. From now on I'll be writing here also, so a few facts about me.
I've lifted for over six years now - and went heavy from the very beginning. Don't do much cardio, but will change that soon. At the moment I'm pretty fed up with my bf% - it's about 24 - because I'm confident that there's a lot of muscle underneath just waiting to be seen
So after the christmas holidays I'll start over: start regular cardio, look into my diet (which is not that bad right now, actually, cause I've made a lot of minor changes all along after learning new stuff from you) and of course continue my battle with iron
So, thank you ladies for all the help I've already gotten and every advice I'll get in the future. I hope I will be able to give and share something, too!
