I want to write a small pamphlet of the evolution of the Kid I trained.
It will have some Key ideas in it, BUT!it will Pale in comparison to the OMEGA project and what we do here.

Your routines are designed AND I am here daily

My primary motive is to get the ideas out there to represent ownership

I do not do this for selfish reason, only for the real fact that ideas need protection

How much are you gonna sell it for? I'll get one of my buddys to buy it. He NEEDS it. I wouldnt mind having a training partner but I don't want to give away secrets.
