First off swoldier, my story is straight. If you go to wherever you work and look at the drug policy it probably says the same thing as the hospitals says which is, "if a employee tests positive for ANY illegal substance this is grounds for termination." Wether or not the hospital had the right to test him on a TIP is now up to the courts to decide. As far as the difference it makes if he is taking steroids or not, who knows. Maybe the hospital thinks he is a high risk employee and stealing needles and other drugs if he does steroids. One of the Drs. he is friends with thinks this whole thing sucks as well, and thinks the steroids would actually have helped him at his job. Also, refusal to take a drug test is automatic dismissal. Next time read the whole post before you put up a post like this. You might actually learn something!
