I wouldnt try to make up a story about deca being administered in Mexico or something. The bigger the lie, the harder it is to prove and not get caught. 19-Nor is the best excuse. There is no way they can differenciate deca from 19-Nor especially if he didn't use for 6 months. Nandrolone is not naturally occuring in the body so even traces can be noticed. It would be easy to pleed prohormones and there is nothing they can do. My humble opinion.

Well bros, here is what transpired today. First off, the little fucker that turned him in is trying to deny the whole thing. He even called my buddies girl last night to let her know what was going on. That was a mistake since nobody except security and his boss new what was going on. That pretty much admitted his guilt right there. Next, according to hospital policy, you can be fired for any illegal substance found in the body, which explains his dismissal. He did talk to his attorney, and in fact, I forwarded him some of the email addresses and names of other attornies you guys gave me, to him. He wanted me to thank you guys for standing behind him. Anyway, his attorney gladly accepted his case, even without a retainer. He seems to think this is a very cut and dry case and asked him what he was going to name the hospital, once he owned it. Thanks for all the help bros, and keep the suggestions coming.

This case is starting to get better and better all the time. Apparently, his attorney is thinking this case may get national attention. Being that pro-hormones are a relatively big topic any more. His attorney is going to try to contact some of the previously mentioned people on Monday, and is also going to try to get in touch with some of the editors of the larger muscle magazines to see if they might be interested in a story. I think the hospital is going to be in some serious shit before this is all over. Oh, and by the way, payback on that little fucker that turned him in starts tonight!!

Man this is total bullshit. What if i went to Europe or Mexico for the weekend and shot up with some deca? Did i break any US laws? NO. So if i did not break any laws what am i getting fired for. Total stupidity. Total.

He could say a doctor in Mexico perscribed it for him for his sore sholder joints and the medicine was administered in Mexico, thus not violating any laws. It only illegal to take anabolics without perscription in the US, so since he did not take it in the US he should get off scott free.

I know its bullshit- a friend of mine's employer found out he went to Amsterdam-he said he was going to Europe but some little geek in his office shot off his mouth, they tested his ass for weed when he(we all) got back and canned his ass the next day. He talked to two lawyers who both said he was SOL.

His lawyer should try to get them and they will probably need to do a comparison with the same tests for the deca-prohormone, probably on someone who is clean to see if it will produce a similar positive with the same testing method the hosp used.
