Hey guys, my name is John, I am 15 years old. I am currently 5' 10" and weight 140 pounds.

I have decided, it is time to get up off of my scrawny ass and start getting into the body I have always wanted.

I have bought p90x and did day one today, and man was I feeling the burn. I feel great!

I was hoping someone here could point me into the right direction of which supplements to take.

So far, my friend referred me to NO Shotgun V3, and AMS Pro Anabolic Kit.

Any help is appreciated, thanks.

NO Shotgun is fine before you train but NO AMS kit, its phs which convert to active steroids within the body. You are too young too touch those phs, there is no point in messing up your endocrine system just to gain some more quicker muscle. Your friend is not a good one no offense, cuz his advice could have did you some real harm bro. Feel free to pm me.

Real simple -- you want to gain weight fast? BIG BLAST and Better Protein bars. Nothing better.

And train heavy. Now go to it.
 
just dont make the mistake that i did when i was 16. putting everything i had into 3-5 rep maxes. my strength went up fast, faster than my tendons and ligaments and everything could keep up with. with only a couple months of experience, i injured myself pretty fast. but i think the p90x will be a great start for you. its more for cutting, but at your age and size you will def. put on some muscle. and when youre done youll be ready for some heavy training. EAT as soon as you wake up, and make protein shakes with milk or casein and peanut butter in the blender before you go to bed and take with a fish oil pill. the fats will help your body get a longer supply of protein while you sleep. when i was your age, a pound of ground beef a day worked better than anything else
 
You are lucky you have a place like Elite, in my day we relied on muscle mags and the weider principle 98 % of it was all B/S
