Please, please, pretty please can someone sort out my new avatar

I need it to be re-sized to 100*100 pixels so I can upload it, it is about 150*150 now......

I am a bit computer thick.

i also have a pic i want resized for an avatar, but i can't figure out how to reduce mine either. there was a thread on here where someone said they would reduce them, but i can't remember where it was....

I think I have done it MYSELF!!!

Just loaded it into Word and presto, it worked when I re-sized and pasted the image.
