Here is how I ate yesterday, I stay around this usually.
Im at 205 and trying to bulk to 220
Breakfast = 1c oatmeal, banana, shake with 2% milk
Snack = .5 cup trail mix
Lunch = 2 chicken breast, sweet potato, whole wheat roll, .5 cup corn
Pre Workout = chicken breast, 1c brown rice
Post Workout = shake with 2% milk
Dinner = 2 beef patties, sweet potato, .5c carrots, low fat yogurt
Snack = .5c cottage cheese with peaches, PB & J sandwhich, shake with water
3785 cals
Im 1.5 weeks into my cycle as well, I usually eat like this daily, but with more red meat. Any tips will be welcome.
